Slotworx® HP
The Slotworx® HP high-feed milling cutters are optimal tool systems for a wide range of roughing applications. As a guarantee for maximum performance and efficiency, this high-performance indexable milling cutter from Pokolm has a high number of teeth in both size S and size M – in conjunction with a very small diameter.
The Slotworx® HP S series starts with diameters from as low as 10 mm and two indexable inserts. In some areas, they can replace solid carbide tools.
A wide range of inserts with different carbide substrates, coatings and geometries are available for the Slotworx® HP M. Whether wet or dry machining, the choice is yours: Slotworx® HP M is ideal for users who expect nothing but the highest performance when roughing different materials. With extremely smooth and clean running properties, Slotworx® HP M can also handle long tool overhangs without breaking a sweat.
Slotworx® VF, size M, Duoplug® connection
Slotworx® VF cutters finish workpieces at high feed rates. Thanks to the special geometry of the inserts, the tools are ideal for machining end faces and vertical walls. The indexable milling cutters can achieve machining depths equivalent to ten times the tool’s diameter. With various insert radii available, slopes with large pass spacing can also be produced quickly and precisely.

Slotworx® shoulder and slotting cutters cover a wide range of possible applications. With outstanding stability, low susceptibility to vibration and maximum precision, the tool system offers the right tool configuration for every machining application.
