The practice-oriented event for prospective trainees
We offer school pupils the opportunity to get to know our apprenticeships and experience them at first hand. At our stand, they can try out practical tasks and talk to our trainees and trainers to gain an authentic insight into everyday working life at Pokolm.

The career trail is a practice-oriented event that offers school pupils the opportunity to get to know various training occupations. Through practical tasks and direct discussions, the young people gain valuable insights into different professional fields. The aim is to give them a sound orientation for their professional future and to establish direct contact with potential training companies.
We will be presenting the following apprenticeships at our stand:
- Machining mechanic: In this apprenticeship, you learn to manufacture precision components, usually made of metal, using machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding, usually with CNC-controlled machine tools.
- Industrial clerk: The apprenticeship covers a wide range of commercial and business management tasks such as materials management, sales, human resources, finance and accounting.
- Technical product designer: This apprenticeship teaches the development of tool systems, systems and machines. Three-dimensional data models and technical documentation for components and assemblies are created.
- Warehouse logistics specialist: This apprenticeship covers the logistical processes of a company. You learn how to receive, inspect, properly store, pack, load and dispatch goods.
