Pokolm is a member of BANG® Gütersloh e.G.
The abbreviation BANG stands for “Berufliches AusbildungsNetzwerk im Gewerbebereich” (Vocational training network in the commercial sector). Pokolm is a member of BANG® Gütersloh e.G.. Since becoming a member, 9 Pokolm trainees have already completed their basic training at the BANG® training center in Gütersloh.

With the aim of securing the future demand for skilled workers, small and medium-sized companies within a district have joined together to form nine regional networks. The BANG training networks currently have around 200 member companies with over 350 trainees from East Westphalia, South Westphalia, the Aachen region, south-western Münsterland, the northern Black Forest and Lower Saxony.
The purpose of the associations is to increase the attractiveness of metalworking professions, to promote, support and relieve the burden on in-company training and to promote high-quality initial and further training in the respective region.
